Updating Personal Information

It is really important that the Scheme Administrator holds up-to-date personal information on your pension record, particularly your current address details.

If your personal information changes, such as a change of address, and you are an active employee at Network Rail, you will need to update your personal details via the Network Rail system. This information will feed through automatically to the Scheme Administrator and update your pension record, which can take up to 6 weeks from the date that you update your address details.

If you are no longer employed at Network Rail you will need to contact the Scheme Administrator directly to update your personal details.
